How should I get from the airport to the resort?
Taxis are the most convenient option. Upon exiting the terminal, you can easily find a taxi or ride-share service. Please note that cab drivers will require cash (pesos or US dollars) as they are unable to accept credit or debit cards for the fare.

Where is the best place to exchange currency?
Avoid exchanging money at the airport or your hotel, as the rates are usually poor. If you bring cash to exchange, wait until you can visit a local bank or a money exchange center. We have used CIBanco at the marina in the past. Remember to bring your passport to complete the exchange.

Do I need a passport?
Don’t forget your passport! As Mexico is an international destination, you’ll need a valid passport to travel there. If you need to apply for or renew yours, we recommend starting the process as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

When do we need to book a room?
To take advantage of our special room block rate, be sure to book your room by October 4, 2025. We recommend booking sooner rather than later, though, to ensure you get your preferred dates and room type.

Is the hotel all inclusive?
While the Westin Regina offers an all-inclusive option, we’ve chosen to cover your food and drinks during the main wedding events themselves. This means your room block rate includes lodging only, and any other meals or drinks you enjoy at the resort will be an additional cost. But don’t worry! Puerto Vallarta has amazing (and affordable) dining options. We encourage you to explore the marina or head into town to experience some local flavors.

What dates should we plan on staying?
While the main wedding events are planned for November 6-9, 2025, feel free to extend your stay and enjoy Puerto Vallarta! Our discounted room block rate is available from November 1-13, 2025.

What should I do with valuables in my room?
For your security and peace of mind, please store all valuables in the safe provided in your hotel room.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Our wedding celebration will be an adults-only affair, creating an atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the night away. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Get ready to celebrate in style. The dress code is cocktail attire, but our top priority is making sure our guests are comfortable! It will be warm and the ceremony will be on the beach, so dress accordingly and wear beach friendly shoes.
